Should I Remove OpenAL

We do not recommend you to delete this software called OpenAL. There is no point to delete software that is required by other applications Go Pro, games, etc.  And the second reason OpenAL is like an audio or sound card in your machine and helps Windows to provide you with quality sound.  So if you playing games on your Windows computer, or you listen to music you are supposed to leave it alone.

To conclude OpenAL.exe is not a virus and should not cost any heavy loads on your windows machine.

How do I remove OpenAL

The easiest way to remove Openal is via Add/Remove program.

You can uninstall OpenAL from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window’s Control Panel.
